My passion is figuring things out. Most people watch a movie and can get lost in a story, forget life for a while and unwind. I too, do this at times, but I also watch a movie and think about the workings of it all. Why they went with that particular camera shot, what mics are being used, and how I would create the foley effects; pretty much reverse-engineer the entire movie production.
The same goes when I’m on a website. It's fun to put together pseudo code in my head. Imagining how a webpage was developed, how to improve and/or recreate it is more exciting than any thrill ride.
